MEMBERSHIP



Annual dues provide for basic membership. In addition, members pay for the costs of those tastings and special events which they attend based on the actual costs of those tastings and events.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP


Tastings and special events are open to all members on a first come first served basis until available spaces for that event are filled. Members are charged the cost of these events based on their actual cost. Some special events are subsidized in the purchase of wines or by using wines from the clubs cellars.

Reservations are made on the Cellarmasters reservation phone line.

Information about tastings, tasting results, and articles about wine are provided to all members in a monthly newsletter.

Members are entitled to bring one guest to events on a space available basis. More information at guest policy.

DUES



Dues cover a calendar year, Jan. 1 - Dec. 31. Membership is $30 single and $55 for a couple. Many singles find it useful to pay for a couples membership to gain a slot for a second person at tastings and to obtain a second club member subsidy for some special events.

Cellarmasters is a not for profit organization. Dues are used for operating expenses including maintaining a phone line for reservations, the monthly newsletter, this web site, acquiring wines for the club cellar for future tastings, and subsidies for the Holiday Dinner and other special events.

HOW TO JOIN



Mail a check payable to Cellarmasters in the amount of dues to Cellarmasters,
c/o 5766 Windsor Circle, Fairway, KS 66205. Include your name(s), address and telephone
number, both day time and night time numbers are helpful. Include an email address if you wish.

Allow two weeks to process your membership. You will be notified when you can attend
your first tasting. See reservations to learn how to sign up for a tasting.

TRY A TASTING



You can try the Cellarmasters experience at one of our tastings. Send a check for $25 per person to:
Cellarmasters, c/o 5766 Windsor Circle, Fairway, KS 66205 stating that it is to try one tasting.
Send your name(s), address, telephone number, and the tasting you wish to attend. We will contact
you to confirm your reservation.
The cost of tastings range from $15 to $40 per person. The cost is dependent on wines being poured and
number attending. Your $25 payment holds a place at the tasting. The amount will be adjusted to meet
the cost of the tasting you choose to attend. If the tasting you choose costs less than $25, you will
be refunded the difference or you can use it as credit toward membership should you choose to join.
If the tasting costs more than $25, you pay the difference the night of the tasting.
